Boquete is a mountain town in Chiriquí, at around 1,200 m, surrounded by coffee farms and cloud forest. From here you can climb Barú Volcano, the highest point in the country, and look for quetzals along its trails. We show it to you with local guides and at your own pace.

Getting there. Flight to David (Copa from Tocumen or Air Panama from Albrook) and 45-50 min by road; by road from the city, about 7 h.
In Boquete. By taxi or private transport; there's a bus to David every 20 min.
