Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Panama Signature Experiences by Burwa (hereinafter, “the Agency”), located in Panama. By making a reservation with us, the client (hereinafter, “the Traveler”) expressly accepts these conditions.

Reservations and payments

  • To confirm a reservation, a deposit of between 20 and 50% of the total price is required, depending on the type of service booked.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival at the destination.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, payment link and others that the Agency indicates in its confirmation.

  • If payment is not made within the established deadlines, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without obligation to refund.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund will be given.

  • In the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disasters, social or political conflicts), the Agency will offer:

    • Reschedule your trip at no additional cost, or

    • Transfer the credit to another person to use on the same date or another available date.

Changes to the itinerary

  • The Agency reserves the right to modify routes, itineraries or suppliers due to external causes.

  • In such a case, an equivalent service in quality and conditions will be guaranteed.

Traveler responsibilities

  • Have a valid passport, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance required by the authorities.

  • Comply with schedules, safety standards, and local regulations.

  • Assume the costs arising from non-compliance or incorrect documentation.

Agency responsibilities

  • To guarantee that the contracted services are provided as agreed, except for external causes beyond their control.

  • Inform the traveler promptly of any relevant changes.

Insurance

  • It is recommended to purchase international travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.

Data protection

  • The Traveler's personal data will be processed in accordance with current regulations in Panama, for the purpose of managing reservations and providing the contracted services.
